Patient is a 64 year old female who had extreme excess skin of the outer thigh and pain while walking. She was not a typical candidate for thighplasty, but due to the extreme nature of her complaints, decision was made to excise the lateral thigh skin. 6 pounds were removed from each thigh. She is now 3 months post op.
