Joy Hoffman, Office Manager
We welcome Joy Hoffman to Main Line Institute for Plastic Surgery as the office coordinator. She coordinates the insurance, patient billing, and financial affairs. When Dr. Hoffman went into private practice, Joy was by his side to help him establish and create the unique practice that it is today. Joy has a Bachelors of Science from The George Washington University and a Master’s of Science from Temple University. Her training in communications has enabled Joy to establish a high level of customer service skills. Joy is always happy to answer any of your insurance or billing questions. Lauren Demech, Clinical Nurse/ Medical Aesthetician
We are pleased to welcome Lauren Demech to the Mainline Institute of Plastic Surgery. Lauren is a medical aesthetician and licensed practical nurse with 12+ years of clinical nursing experience. She has worked in various settings throughout her nursing career, including: long-term care, sub-acute/rehab, and home health. All of which, has helped to mold her into the knowledgeable, compassionate, and well-rounded nurse she is today.
Lauren is as passionate about skincare as she is health and wellness. So, her decision to return to school for aesthetics two years ago, made perfect sense. After completing the program, Lauren continued to work as a nurse on an as needed basis and began working at a spa. While she loved the spa setting, her goal was to merge her passions, which is ultimately what led her to our practice. She believes that a healthy complexion is a reflection of total wellness, both internally and externally. She understands the complexity of creating the right combinations of skin care and advanced treatments to address specific concerns and promote overall skin health. Lauren is dedicated to creating healthy and beautiful skin for all of her clients. She is a wonderful addition to our team.
Bridget Sullivan, Lead Medical Aesthetician
We would like to introduce our medical-licensed aesthetician, Bridget Sullivan. Bridget has over 25 years of experience in aesthetic skin care. She specializes in addressing skin conditions like acne, aging, and sun-damaged skin. From customized facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, to laser services, Bridget takes pride in each treatment she performs. Bridget has sought out to get the best training in cosmetics and aesthetic skin care. She has always had a passion for skin care and dedicates her education to providing clients a science-based approach to caring for their beauty and skin care needs. Focused on positive client relations, Bridget enjoys working with patients on a regular basis. With a keen eye for detail, a passion for knowledge, and a remarkable, intuitive ability, you know you are in loving, capable and responsible hands.
Heather Pierce, Nurse Injector
Heather is a Penn State graduate with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She has been working in the nursing field across various specialties for 20 years and brings her years of knowledge and experience to Main Line Institute of Plastic Surgery Malvern MedSpa. Heather believes strongly in the connection between confidence and self-esteem and creates an individualized treatment plan for each client to enhance their natural beauty and achieve their aesthetic goals. Her specialties include injectables Dysport, filler and Sculptra, lip rejuvenation, and PRP. She knows exactly how to freshen your look by transforming and enhancing your own natural beauty. Her friendly personality and infectious smile will make your experience everything you envision.
Kim McGarry, Front Desk Coordinator
We are excited to have Kim join Main Line Institute of Plastic Surgery. She is a Towson University graduate with a Masters Degree in Education. After a career in education, she followed her passion and moved into the field of plastic surgery. She lives locally with her husband and two children. Kim is available to answer questions about our practice, schedule appointments, and assist our patients and their families with any administrative needs. Amelia Meissner, Marketing/ Patient Care Coordinator
We are excited to welcome Amelia to Main Line Institute of Plastic Surgery. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Loyola University and a background in hospitality and marketing, Amelia’s expertise in marketing and social media adds an exciting dimension to our practice. Amelia followed her passion for healthcare and aesthetics and is taking evening classes for a second bachelor’s degree in nursing. Her dedication to patient care and interest in the field of plastic surgery makes her an asset to our team. Amelia lives locally and enjoys skiing, playing golf and traveling in her free time. Colleen Augustine, Aesthetician
Colleen is a licensed esthetician with 18 years’ experience in advanced skincare treatments in the medical field. Beauty, anti-aging and corrective procedures come secondary to her overall passion and love of people. She prides her reputation and experience on building long lasting relationships and individual customized long-term plans for every patient. She has extensive knowledge and experience and chemical peels, microneedling, lasers, IPl, skin disorders and corrective measures utilizing proper at home skin care and in office procedures.
Lindsey Dolan, Medical Assistant/Surgery Scheduler
We welcome Lindsey Dolan. She has been a medical assistant for 15 years and has had years of hands on experience in the industry. She comes to us from another plastic surgery office on the main line where she assisted for the past 4 years. Lindsey is eager to further explore the realm of aesthetics and plastic surgery. She is deeply passionate about patient care while helping people embrace and love themselves. She is always available to answer your questions. Lindsey spends her free time with her family and friends. She enjoys hiking, reading, and the football season.
Josie Laird, MedSpa Patient Care Coordinator
Josie Laird joined our Malvern Med Spa as Med Spa Patient Care Coordinator on its opening day in March 2022. Her journey in skincare began in 1999 in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she worked as a medical assistant, surgical assistant, and office manager for a dermatology practice. After eight years, she transitioned into a new role as a skin aesthetics pharmaceutical representative, honing her skills and expertise along the way.
Josie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from St. Mary’s College of California, bringing a wealth of knowledge and commitment to patient care in her role at Malvern Med Spa. Her dedication and loyalty to our practice ensures that each patient experience exceeds expectations, reflecting her passion for delivering exceptional, personalized service.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Josie finds joy in crafting, DIY projects, volunteering, and traveling with her husband and four children. Her friendly energy and diverse interests enrich both her personal and professional life, making her an invaluable asset to our team.

Angelica Rossino, Medical Aesthetician
Angelica Rossino has long experience as a Medical Aesthetician. She is certified by the State Board of Cosmetology In Pennsylvania and has advanced her cosmetics training to classes in Advanced Medical Aesthetics. Angelica is accomplished in providing a variety of treatments including dermaplanning, Microneedling, Microdermabrasion, TCA peels, and various chemicals peels.
Angelica is trained and qualified to perform those procedures typical of a Dermatological Aesthetician including Laser Therapy: Fractionated (Pixel) , Intensed Pulsed Light (IPL), ClearLift and Radio Frequency. Angelica’s experience allows her to combine treatments for optimal results. Her vast knowledge with products also gives her great enthusiasm to serve her clients in achieving better results.
